ABOUT THE JOB

The main challenges:

• Creation of the position/young and/or national PM (nationalization processes ongoing or to start
• New programmatic strategy
• Develop integrated approaches
• Volatile security situation
• New Field Co in April/May

Priorities for the 2/3 first months:

• Nationalization of PM
• Roll-out of the new programmatic strategy
• Design of the teams

YOUR PROFILE

Education/academic background:

• International studies/Development/Specialized humanitarian diplomas and training
• 3-4 years of experience in the humanitarian sector

Specific skills and experience:

• Strategy
• Knowledge in SI sectros of interventions a strong asset (WASH, Shelter, Cash)
• Knowledge in design of innovative approaches and integrated approaches
• Good command of project cycle management
• Management skills (for a large teams of around 10-12 people in the base)
• Cultural sensitivity and good command of neutrality
