Resonance is seeking candidates to serve as Chief of Party (COP) for an anticipated USAID-funded project based in Jakarta, Indonesia, focused on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL). The contract will holistically assist USAID Indonesia in its overall MEL needs to support the Indonesia Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS).
The COP will be responsible for overall leadership, management, and technical direction of the project. As the project’s leader, the COP will be the principal project planner, designer, and implementer and will ensure that all deliverables are high-quality and delivered to USAID on time. He/she will be the primary POC with the Mission and will ensure all stages of project implementation work to meet Mission goals and priorities. As primary POC, he/she will work directly with the COR to drive internal project and Mission learning and will ensure that approaches are adjusted to respond appropriately and effectively to task resourcing and implementation requirements. The COP will be the key liaison between USAID/Indonesia and all other IPs and counterparts involved with the project.
