The Senior Advisor, Gender, Diversity, and Inclusion works collaboratively with HR leaders and other stakeholders across the CGIAR System on initiatives aimed at improving people management, with a particular focus on strengthening gender equality in the workplace and fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. The main purpose of the role is to support the HR leaders of CGIAR’s Research Centers and the CGIAR System Organization in developing frameworks, strategies, tools and practices that foster gender, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and build a cadre of gender, diversity and inclusion champions throughout all levels of governance, leadership and delivery.
This is an exciting challenge for a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide cutting-edge expertise on gender and diversity in the workplace and on fostering an open and inclusive working culture in dynamic and/or complex organizational environments. You will bring significant experience in the fields of diversity and inclusion in a senior management role and demonstrated success in leading cross-functional transformational change management initiatives, supporting the development and implementation of gender equality, diversity and inclusion strategies, and stewarding collaborative processes across multiple stakeholders.
